Just installed the shower system today now that our tile work is done. Overall it looks nice. However my husband had a few issues when installing which may be helpful to someone else whose looking at this product. 1. You can’t sweat the valve fittings because the valve isn’t removable like a Moen or higher end system is. 2. The measurements given to install the adjustable pole for the handheld sprayer has the wrong dimensions. Luckily my husband caught this during install before he started drilling through our brand new tile. One last comment in regards to the aesthetics. The brackets for the adjustable pole for the handheld sprayer, is grey when viewed from the top or underside of the bracket. Wish it was all black, but see pictures for examples.. Brittany.
