The tile I received has small speckles of gray or black which I was not expecting from the image online. They also seem to be somewhat shinier than what I thought was a matte finish. I could have ordered a sample, which I suggest, but was a little pushed for time. They did take awhile to be delivered. I would have preferred what I thought I would receive, but I am satisfied enough not to go through the return process. They seem to be of good quality and were delivered safely.. Anonymous. The cream is more of a light grey, but pretty true to the picture! They arrived well packaged and in tact. My only complaint is that up close-ish the “Terrazzo” print looks like a picture of terrazzo printed on the tile. From a distance it looks fine though. You get what you pay for!. Kimberly.
