I needed a little extra room for a 1/2 guest bathroom pedestal sink. I found the Delta Cassidy matching Glass Shelf with towel bar. The product information sheet showed that I did not need to install the towel bar. The glass shelf is the perfect size for decorative paper hand towels which are more sanitary than multiple use cloth towels when entertaining guests. FINAL UPDATE they ended up sending a replacement but I didn’t think it would ever be resolved because it took over a month and a half for the replacement to arrive. I’m pleased that the replacement arrived unbroken, but it seems to be more a matter of chance as the box was very damaged as well as the packing medium, thankfully the product is ok. For something as delicate as this, they should be shipping in better and safer containers in my opinion. That whole experience is why I removed star. The actual product, when received unbroken, is elegant and nice and functional. Initial review Arrived broken, it was shipped in one piece with just a little piece of bubble wrap around it so I already suspected it would be cracked and broken before taking it out of the box. Not the greatest photo... Ordered this for a tenant bathroom. Install was easy, but it seems like the hardware could have been better. There were no wall anchors included and the slots for the screws seemed like they could pop out with a decent bump to the shelf (we solved by using spare washers). Also, there was a ball missing from one of the hook ends and the plugs on the bottom of the frame would not stay in, so we just took them all out. Happy with purchase. Did run into a few problems with this manufacturer. I kept getting the wrong product pieces. Apparently each piece of their items are picked and from their warehouse and I got a ball mount instead of the flat mounting clip style as displayed. Very different from the photo. Very frustrating. I also ordered a toilet paper holder that came chipped. I received the first shipment in a damaged box and poorly taped box which lead me to question missing parts. In the end I did have all the parts but the parts did not correspond to the photos of what I ordered for this shelf. This is no fault of Wayfair as each time I recieved the "corrected order", it was incorrect again and customer service was excellent and honestly I believe the sitution and every call I made confused them even further. After a good few weeks later from original order date, eventually all of my products were finally sent correctly.
