Im so happy with this tile. It looks amazing. I used a charcoal grey grout and laid in a diamond pattern. So sophisticated. The shipping was excellent with plenty of updates, although they did not follow my instructions to place it under my carport. I ordered 230 sq ft and it arrived on a pallet with only maybe one tile chipped. The finished job is smooth and even despite it being a natural stone with plenty of variation. I would caution the installer to be careful with the tile. Noche travertine is sometimes known as Chocolate travertine for its beautiful cocoa powder colour. It has a subtle mottled pattern that gives the stone a characterful charm. This worked fine for me as I only needed 3 pcs to fill in on garden window to coordinate with older travertine countertops in kitchen and newly added backsplash and mosaic detail. That said I sealed the pcs really well but one pc cracked when put it in place to cut to size as there was a lot of fill in it front and back. If you wanted to use this "grade" for a floor or large area due to the amount of fill in it I would not recommend. Good product. You don't get as many of the brown slate tiles in it as appears in the picture but it worked for our small project. We had to replace a French door with a slider and tear up the floor in front of it because it had rotted from a leak. Not having enough of our laminate wood floor left we decided to put down slate because we have slate in other rooms in our home. You get about 6pieces of slate in a box with this purchase. I had hoped for more of the brown tones but there were really only 2 pieces that had brown in them. One more than the other. Once you seal the slate with a glossy sealer the colors will come out more. it is a true 16" size. Most of the pieces were very level something that you have to be careful with slate as it can be irregular. Love the product. Very nice.
