For the money this is 100 times better than what you'll get at the home stores. even though it’s not real wood. It's well made, It's attractive, it went together well although it does take some handyman skill to do. But there were no defects or missing parts. The engineering was spot on and everything assembled nice and tight. I think the finished product is awesome and I love how they have creatively maximized the variety of storage space. It does take a little creative plumbing ingenuity to get your drain pipe to the wall. Because my drain comes up from the floor, so I had to reroute it to come through the wall so it would fit the vanity at a much better space.But I found a solution for that- in the hardware store was a one piece flexible drain tube where you could customize the trap with a clip. The short of the story is you have to have a little bit of skill to pull this off. But if you're installing your own vanity you probably do anyway.
