Confusion over the term "Pre Hung Double door" is the issue as a prehung double door in a lumber store is a set of two doors assembled together in a frame where as you install the complete unit into the opening waiting for it. The purchase we made came in three boxes, two door section which were "pre hung" as in welded to a side frame via metal hinges, there were two of these boxes and an third box with hardware to assemble the door set.
