excellent two-person tub. quality material. designed for comfort. 28-inch width makes for a nice shoulder fit. easy to install (remodeling contractor's work crew removed the old tub and installed the new.) delivery was prompt. stored tub on deck a few days while waiting for crew to install. replaced a tub which had a length of 59 inches so lost some 4 inches of space inside the wall to accommodate 63-inch long tub: doable for the work crew.. I have been shopping around for a walk in tub for my wife who is diabled. She has been having issues moving around. I wanted a unit that she would feel comfortable in and this was the perfect unit for her because it has a comfort seat height. She's very pleased because she sits comfortably now and can relax.
