Why sent me an old used executive desk I bought the new one not the used one. Most of the plank were scratches everywhere. I just received it today and take them out from the box. This is ridiculous

AS heavy as this item is, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF THE DELIVERY person HAD PLACED it IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. Which by the way , clearly stated on MY DOOR -APT. 1 I had to get someone to move it to my apt. door!!!!!!

Awesome desk. Easy to follow directions
