I love this electric fireplace. It is the most realistic one I have ever seen. They really added all the important features to make it more realistic. The crackling sound is cozy and the mesh screen is really neat with the glass doors. It comes with a remote or you can use the controls nicely concealed by a little door on the fireplace itself. I am really impressed and happy with this.

This is a beautiful and well-made electric fireplace. The brick background, as well as the logs themselves, look very realistic. Loving the fact that I can have the fireplace on and hear the cracking of logs without having to have the heat on. This came well packaged and without any damage.

I can not wait to get this unit installed in our kitchen, we brought it in and plugged it in to see the lights and sounds, it has such realistic features like the glass doors that open with handles, the metal mesh curtains add such a realistic feel as well. We are very excited to start building the fireplace surround so that it’s ready for Colorado winters!

This is the best electric fireplace I have ever encountered! Very high quality and the details to the realism of it is fantastic! From the logs to the brick background to the chain link screen and glass doors! It’s all great! Would highly recommend

Love this fireplace insert, it is absolutely beautiful! It’s nice and big, fits perfectly in my old fireplace. The flame can be changed from small to big. You can use it with just the heater on or just sit and enjoy watching the flames without the heat.
