The box came and there were footprints on it where someone had walked across it. Corners of the box were chewed up. Bar inside that holds bulbs is bent. Round parts on top and bottom look like wood but are badly painted metal to look like wood. Have not tried to return it/may just fix it & live with it.

Beautiful in our entryway. It was slightly difficult to install for my husband so it did take two if us. He has done many fixtures before but the hardware was short therefore causing him a problem. Once hung it looks great.
