I purchased this light because it is hard to find a big island flush mount light. I have 7 foot ceilings and anything other than flush mount hangs too low for tall people. I really like the farmhouse look and that it takes regular light bulbs. It was packaged nicely and easy to put together. I took off one star because there was a defect with the paint. For something that costs so much I feel like they should quality check it before it leaves. It’s toward the ceiling so I’m just going to put some black paint over it. I don’t know how to do electric work so I’m waiting on an electrician to install.

Fixture arr8ved rather quickly. We have about a month before 8t gets installed. Very light weight. Seems to be basic installation. Love the look of the fixture, and this type is very hard to find in a flush mount. Very pleased with quality. Will update photo
