These baking sheets are very nice and feel high quality. They are sturdy, thick, and don’t seem flimsy or like they will bend or warp easily. They come in different sizes, which is convenient. They clean up easily by hand, which is important since it’s recommended not to put them in the dishwasher. Overall, they feel durable and well-made. I’m very impressed with the quality and would definitely recommend them!

I’m very happy with this three-piece baking sheet set. The pans feel sturdy and substantial, and I really like the diamond-textured surface. I also like having three different sizes so I can choose the right pan depending on what I’m making. I wanted to actually bake with them before leaving a review, so I made cookies directly on the pan without parchment paper. I used just a light amount of cooking spray because it was my first time using them. The cookies released very easily with no sticking, and cleanup was easy as well. One thing to be aware of is that the instructions say these pans may reduce baking time by approximately 2–3 minutes, and I found that to be true. I shortened the recommended baking time by less than a minute, and my cookies were already nicely browned, especially on the bottoms. Next time I’ll take them out a couple of minutes earlier. Overall, these seem like very nice quality baking sheets. They feel durable, the nonstick surface worked well, and they heat efficiently. I’m looking forward to using them for more than just cookies.
