Incredible product! I rarely comment on them but this is more than deserving!

Looks great with a very realistic flame. Crackling sound is a little tinny but we’re hoping it will sound better after it’s installed.

We loved the fireplace. It took the installer 1 day to build the frame. The fireplace came out looking great. You can feel the heat, the flames and sound are a great plus.

Just finally got it mounted on the wall. It would have been better to recess it into the wall, but once our entertainment wall is finished & decorated it won't stand out so much. We purchased in the summer, so haven't tried the heat function yet. But good number of options for fire and flame bed colors. I also like that I could choose how to set up the rocks, crystals and logs. Can control with remote and an app which is really handy. I like the vent design across the top front, it's much more subtle than others. The only thing I would change is the background color of the fireplace when it's off - it's more grey or taupe colored, or it maybe picks up colors from our floor or couch. Not sure. It also has a cracking for sound effect, but it's a little tinny sounding. Based on our experience with it, I would recommend it. I looked at hundreds online before deciding on this one. Some that I liked at had really cheesy flames - this one is probably as good as it gets for an electric fireplace.

Highly recommended am in love am obsessed I can’t wait to install I unbox and check it out and am like woooooooow
