Tiler used it during installation, no complaints, everything looks good!

I was nervous because I just installed gorgeous penny white bathroom tile & worried after ( lol) it would be hard to keep clean bright white. This was so easy just applied it after let sit for 2 hours wipe dry. It have my tile a extra coating protection.

Being a bathroom remodeling contractor for 17 years I do it all. Custom tile baths are my specialty and some sealants just don’t work as they say. A grout with sealer in it useless fails every time. Adding a additive instead of water to mix also failed. This is my alternative for this particular job and immediately it sealed like it should ty again. I’m always testing products cause we want the best for everyone we work for.

I applied this myself with a floor waxer after I cleaned the tile. My outdoor Terra cotta tile looks beautiful !
