We are really pleased with this light fixture. We got it in the brass finish and love the brass with the black. It lights the room nicely and looks great. We like the shadow it makes on the ceiling too. We are remodeling the room and we started with the paint and the light, so ignore the rest in the photo. I just wanted to include the rest of the room for scale.

We ordered this light for the sitting area in our parish hall. It is not overly bright, but creates a soft indirect glow. The size is perfect for this large space. It's a flush mount, but doesn't look like a cheap hallway flush mount, it looks sophisticated. Would definitely order again.
