The 'support system' had essentially a 3x5 card of instructions that basically talked about parts not included and not intended to be included in the box -- totally meaningless. And not useful because I assumed that, while the support system was intended for a wood bed frame, it could also be used with the metal one which I have. Wrong. And, even if I purchase wooden side rails the instructions provided may or may not help because they rely on specific items that may or may not be part of the side rail box

I needed replacement slats for an antique bed, and these worked perfectly! Easy to install, and great quality.

Missing parts

One of the brackets is bent and fits incorrectly. The other 2 are fine. The only reason it wasn’t returned is that our new mattress set was being delivered the following day.

Might have been good but the box was missing the BED RAILS.

You delivered what I thought I needed but, it was the wrong type of support.

Sturdy Support System for my wood frame bed.

We bought a vintage victorian bed that needed supports for a mattress. Due to the beds age the measurements were not aligning with current bed frame measurements. This support system gave us the wiggle room we needed and the support.
