Not safe. I have a dog very happy in the crate and doesnt scratch and I found the flimsy side caved in with sharp points after just a couple months of light use (a couple hours per week. This is dangerous for so many reasons.

Super easy to put together, the Wire is a bit flimsy, we've only used it a couple times, so far so good, we got the Medium one and it's quite roomy for our Dachshund AKA Escape artist .. She doesn't even mind getting in the crate

Nice kennel. Easy to put together. Definitely needs two locks for both doors instead of the cheesy one at the top and the pad could be better. All in all, nice kennel.
