Eagle Furniture manufacturers pet products are warranty for 30 days starting on the date shipped from the Eagle Furniture Manufacturers facility. Eagle’s dog crates cater to the pet industry, and once a product has been used, it can no longer be advertised or sold as a new product. Eagle Furniture Manufacturers does not warrant against any damage caused by pets of any kind. Eagle Furniture Manufactures pet products are guaranteed against material defects for 30 days from the date shipped. Defects such as warping separation of wood joints and splits in the wood may result from inappropriate storage or exposure to extreme conditions. Eagle Furniture Manufacturers reserves the right to investigate before settling any claims. There will be no discounts, free parts or credits on pet crates after 30 days (Based on the date the item is shipped from the Eagle warehouse). Damages that occur after the item/Items have shipped from the Eagle Furniture warehouse will be the sole responsibility of the company securing the transportation of said items. It will be their responsibility to file any claims for reimbursement of damages against the freight company.
