Great for just starting out milling our own grains. It takes a little longer to get a fine flour.The tilt to dump the grain feature is a messy process.

Looks great and performance reviews seem good. LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS IS A PROBLEM. It would be helpful if someone made a video for first. time users. How is the basket part of the function? Only in the reviews do I learn the there is limited capacity and a 10 minute cool down period between uses. Most recipes call for more than I cup of flour, so cool down period is important. I found no online help.

Does just what it should. Needed rice flour, and it fits the bill!

Haven't tried it yet, but looks sturdy and beautiful, and we are eager to mill our flour and make the first loaf of bread!

used it once so far. I started out slow and work up to 1 min. which made fine flour. l let it cool for 10 mins. bewteen each run. so far I like it
