Impressive woodwork. I get my wife a different nutcracker each Christmas, and this one is unique and a great addition to the 40 she already has.

Delivery exceeded your estimate by 4 days which was great. However the quality was very disappointing. The details which looked so charming in the picture were just paper glued on with a big wrinkle down the middle. Unacceptable. Is there no quality control?

Really neat! What I was hoping for!!

The box arrived damaged. And there’s no additional packaging or protection inside the box, but the nutcracker itself was not damaged. It’s really adorable for a wine lover and I plan to gift it this holiday season. The front image is an appliqué, and therefore not perfectly applied. There were also some of the plastic stems showing from the great bunches directly on the front, but I was able to hide it for the most part by tucking it in. Overall, this is cute decor.

The part that’s supposed to be painted on his belly is actually a sticker and you can tell it’s a sticker, which makes it look very cheap. The rest of it is good quality and it’s perfect to gift to someone who loves to drink wine, but the company should reconsider actually painting that part on instead of sticking it on.
