I ordered this personalized item in Sea Blue specifically because theirs was one of the wedding colors. The item arrived quickly, however it was sent with turquoise print. I contacted Wayfair via online process, they told me no need to return and they would send a new one with the correct color. About a week later a second one was sent and I was charged and it also was the wrong color. I physically spoke to Wayfair Customer Service who apologized, they said they would personally communicate with the vendor and make it right but that not I needed to print a return label and take it to a FedEx location. I drove 40 minutes to my nearest FedEx and returned it. About another week later a third one was delivered again and still the wrong color. All photos showing the wrong color were sent and they vendor that created this product still didn’t get it right. Now I am left with nothing for the wedding!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
