45'' Faux Bamboo Tree in Planter

PERFECT in my foyer and looks so real I almost want to water it.

I would have given this item 5 stars if I hadn't had to have my original one replaced because of a damaged planter. Sadly, the replacement arrived damaged as well. Going to just keep it and try to find a nice planter at a store to put it in. It was shipped from China and looks as though the second one was damaged before it was even shipped. Some things are just out of our control, but the plant itself is very nice and authentic looking! When I find the perfect planter to put it in, I'm sure it will look great!

I bought two of these and put one on each side of the bookshelf as you walk in the front door. So pretty!

This tree really adds the final touch to a room! It looks absolutely perfect in our office lobby. I have had many compliments as well.

Thank you for sending a replacement Bamboo Tree with Decorative Planter by Beachcrest Home. However, as feared, it had one leg broken off by UPS Dee photos attached). It stands on its remaining three legs with the broken off leg stub to the rear where it is hidden. So I will keep it rather than send it back and call it quits. The product is not the high quality I expected but you r customer service has been outstanding. l may be able to glue the broken leg back on but I’m not in the mood to do that yet. The product is very cheaply made in China and shipped from some Beachcrest Home outfit in Hialeah, Florida that does not know how or care to package it well enough to ship via UPS, the Ultimate Package Smashers. They should try Fedex. It’s bound to be cheaper than sending any number of replacements for smashed shipments. This is the third smashed package and product I have received via UPS this year and we have only lived here for a year and a half! You’re shipping information states “We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.” Not true! Broken product twice from a Wayfair provider does not comply with that statement. Shouldn’t you and the shipper learn from at least four broken product reviews? Thank you for all your efforts but I am not a satisfied customer. Only Wayfair demanding better service from their providers would be acceptable. I no longer trust the Wayfair brand.
