Arbre de palmier artificiel 48" dans un pot de fleurs

It arrived and was not at all like the picture or description online. There was not as many fronds as shown in the picture online and they were all relatively the same length and difficult to bend and keep the shape. Many of the fronds were also backwards; when they were bent to shape the plant, the backside of the frond was on top ... it made no sense. Unfortunately when I called customer service to return, it was like talking to a robot and I was forced to pay shipping to return because the rep said there was nothing wrong with the item I received. What happen to the customer's view point. Think twice before ordering this one! I have ordered a lot of product from Wayfair for 5 years without ever returning one item but that didn't matter. After this disappointing experience I will not be ordering anything else from Wayfair. It was a painfully horrible experience!

I did receive this one and liked it. Looks good in out patio.

Not very good. Very plastic looking - you can see the plastic threading clearly in every leaf. The undersides of the leaves also look very fake. Do not recommend.

Love them just what I wanted! Just need a pot now.
