I received this item twice., and both times it was damaged. When attempting to request a refund or replacement. It was not giving me an option. Extremely disappointed

They look awesome, but the second one came with a broken vase and I reported it to Wayfair more than twice and they did NOTHING to correct it. Buyer beware!
