If you need to attach a large, heavy double-sized antique headboard and footboard to a queen-sized bedframe, so you can use it with your existing mattress set, this is exactly what you need. The description specifically included a paragraph indicating this very usage. We also ordered a heavier bedframe, and with the new brackets firmly in place, the Victorian burled walnut bed in the guest room is now complete and looking beautiful! Don't know yet if these will work for my bed..but we'll made.

I bought this on the off chance the headboard I ordered didnt line up to tue bedframe. I didnt end up needing it, but will keep it just in case I need it for another bed in my house. It came with all its pieces and looks like a great solution if your headboard doesnt fit the bedframe

I had ordered a head board and thought I had researched well and they would be compatible. I made 2 phone calls to Wayfair and sent an email. I reread the reviews and found I needed these. I had to buy extra screws tp make it work.

Excellent tool to place the headboard in our bed

We had bought stand alone headboard and bed frame and the holes didn’t line up (farther apart on the headboard than the frame). I called customer support and got a helpful friendly person who told me about the mounting bracket kits. I looked and got this one and it was what I needed. I only used one bracket because that took care of the alignment. It would have been if there had been option for a dark color instead of just stainless but I don’t count off for that.

Worked well for me, I think they should have had washers for the bolt head.
