Not very sharp the old one that broke after yrs of service was much better. Dicing is out of the question it just 'hacks' at them and they come out in all sorts of shapes.

If you ever make pickles from the bounty in your garden the Bonzai Chopper is the best tool in your kitchen to have around. It makes all your slices the same thickness and it saves your hand from unnecessary stiffness from slicing. Both my husband and my granddaughters enjoy helping me when it's pickle making time.
