The placemats are very thin and flimsy but also, very bright and colorful. The pictures are nice to look at. To me, more decorative, than for just a placemat, but, you could, mount them on a piece of plastic, like a shower curtain or thin card board. Very tropical theme. I love them.

These are so colorful and fun. I purchased them for a rental villa and they are so easy to wash. Just wish they had napkins to match.
