We ordered the charcoal. It’s a dark not quite black. The quality is great. The whole frame is very heavy and made out of seemingly really wood. The top is beautiful. In the online pictures it looks like it’ll be orange. It’s not. It’s very neutral and lovely brown. The fireplace itself is nice. The fan is pretty quiet. Not overly realistic looking but also not terribly cheesy. The heat bar gets very hot (heads up for families) but I did notice that it’s only too hot to burn within about two inches of the grill on either side. Overall, really like it. The accent of brown brick is really neutral but adds a nice detail. Setup took less than 10 min. It’s very heavy! .. took two men to move it to its final location.
