This is our worst purchase BY FAR!!! My Husband said that we should never use this company again. We have bought many items from Birch Lane/Wayfair in the past but this one is horrible. One of the pots is dirty and one side of it is curved. It had been used and returned! We paid more than $500 for 2- 40" wide containers.What a mistake. The packaging is a nightmare! The box was 3 times the height of the planters. No styrofoam just a ton of sticky straw. Impossible to unpack and to dispose of the straw even at the county dump!! Used more than 8 huge 55 gallon commercial trash bags to pack up the straw which creates an enormous mess.

Very impressed with the quality of these planters! I would recommend them to anyone. Will wait until spring to plant in them. Customer service was also a great help, as always!
