Jacqulene Terracotta Pot Planter (Ensemble de 2)

I ordered two pots and one came broken. I was taken aback by Wayfair's handling of the broken pot. One, though I sent a photo of the broken pot, upon receipt (same day delivered within minutes of the delivery), Wayfair, instead of a refund, offered me a 20% discount on the broken pot. Two, when I said no, Wayfair policy said then that I had to pay for the return shipping costs on the broken pot. Three, when I asked for a replacement I was told it was a discontinued product so I was out of luck. Three, I bought the two pots for a decor project that needed two identical pots for, when I said I'd return the other pot, Wayfair policy said I'd have to pay for the return shipping on that item as well. To add insult to injury, the poor customer rep had to read a series of ridiculous questions that I had to sit through not allowing me to state what I wanted until the last question was read. Upon protesting all of the above, I was given option to return the unbroken pot at no charge or keep it, that I was no longer required to return the broken pot, and was finally given a refund. I've never been through such an arduous interrogation or threats (paying for returns) by Wayfair in all the years I've been a customer. I was looking at purchasing a $3100 daybed or another less expensive daybed but after this experience I'm gun shy of Wayfair's new policy of giving customers pushback, especially on a pot that was clearly broken by poor packaging.
