issues with this fountain not visible - issues are in the design or manufacturer's errors: 1. Improper installation/assembly instruction. Instruction came with this unit probably belongs to some other unit and has only 3 steps to assemble: 1. Connect wire from pump to the LED wire; 2. Place the pump to the bottom of the pan and fill with water; 3. Plug in wire to the outlet. Issues: This unit has 2 LED connections - one for led on top of the ball(upper part) and second - inside the unit, under the water pan. So, how do I hook up 2 led wires to 1 wire connector from the pump? Manufacturer provided the splitter to do so. Good idea, but only if the splitter has a long enough wire cord to reach all other connections (my understanding - splitter should be outside the water pan, unless connectors are designed with protection from water penetration in it. But again, no proper instruction!!!) Let's assume all wire connections could be inside the pan filled with water, which is what I did the first time. But the wire connector to the bottom LED and wire to the outlet has to go true to the tube in the middle of the water pan. But another issue - this tube stands so high, so, when I place the upper part with the "ball" in its proper place - it sits on the wires (pinch the wires) and not on the designed legs... This tube should be at least 1/4 inch lower. Next Issue: This unit has a over 6 inches deep pan for water and the provided pump should be attached with suction cups to the bottom of the pan, but the Vinyl Tubing (to connect to the pump) from the upper part is too short - only 3 inches long. So the pump submerged in water only a few inches and not attached to the bottom of the pan.... And because the pump is made from the light weight plastic it's just floating on the top water surface.........

I love it! It’s beautiful day and night. It lost a star because the instruction sheet was totally useless.

First fountain arrived with noticeable scratches. Wayfair sent a replacement unit. Both units have the same cryptic instructions even though the wiring does not look remotely the same. The pump works but the lighting doesnt. Don’t understand the instructions at all. Very disappointed.

Easy to put together, beautiful when running and lite up. Would highly recommend
