Plafonnier semi-encastré 2 lumières Alixandra

I ordered 2 lights. Received yesterday. Opened today to install and the first one we opened and a huge hole in it (light was broke.). It's a huge hassle to replace or return but I will be.

This semi flush light is perfect in my hallway. The hall has a short ceiling so I needed something to give good clearance. This was it, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s pretty. As usual, the instructions are lacking, but if you know how to install a light fixture it’s no problem. Was well packaged.

The light arrived damaged and unusable. It seems the nut and bolt that attached the electrical was tightened too much causing it to crack. I like the looks but besides the cracked crystal it was overall a bad design and quality. I attempted to do a replacement to give the company a chance but I got it for free with tried and true and the options for that were not applicable to my situation. Based on this one experience I do not recommend this light.

This was easy to install if you know what you're doing. The light bulbs are a TIGHT fit. Not sure what we'll do once they need to be replaced.

Really pretty light. Looks exactly like the photo.Easy to install if you know what you’re doing, however the instructions were pretty terrible.
