Jardinière en ciment avec accents d'oiseaux amovibles

Terrible packaging it’s as if they were shipped to someone else who then haphazardly threw them in the box without the interior box. There was tiny foam balls all over that exploded upon opening, bubble wrap was wadded up and only by chance did they arrive in one piece. One of the hearts was badly discolored with white paint and two sets of birds were mismatched. Only one was just fine, totally not acceptable. I expected more from Wayfair. Sadly this seems to be the norm from them, prior packages were also wrapped poorly using similar tiny exploding balls. I will think twice before I place my next order.
