The motor is not made for this fountain, hence the motor and the black flexible piping does not fit in the well properly which pushes the top off center! If you center the top the pipe kinks and the water does not flow. Plus, the fountain leaks. The price of the product does not reflect its quality.

The fountain has a slight leakage. I’ll make sure I only use it outside.

The fountain is very sweet. We had to Itube instructions to make sure we put it together correctly and still had a little difficulty getting the fountain motor adjusted inside to allow the platform to sit level. Meant utube

The fountain is packed and constructed well. The natural is not natural, it should be called "manufactured" - I'm going to paint to darken up. The pump is complete garbage. They call it a "flexible hose" its a conduit for wiring with a PVC end.

The "natural" color does not match the photo. Is very bright white in reality. The color may darken with age. The pump supplied does not connect directly to a power source, it must be stepped down to an external transformer. This was not mentioned in product description. The rubber stopper provided to keep water from escaping was too small for the opening. Had to buy a replacement from another vendor.
