I really liked this fountain. It looks great in our space. The top sits on three ceramic ears that protrude from the lip, and one of them was broken when it arrived. Didn't seem to be a packaging problem. I was able to repair it, so that's good news, and it looks great. But I'm not thrilled that it arrived with a break.

This fountain was packed beautifully...I could barely get into it! The craftsmanship and artistry are perfect. The sound quality is so tranquil and relaxing - much louder than one might expect. I really was concerned it wouldn't be loud enough, but it truly is. The stopper at the bottom isn't the best design, but it does work to keep the water in. Great, great unit!
