The first fountain delivered had a chip in it-took a while but they shipped a new one-looks great on my patio-simple and classic design

Very well packed - arrived in great condition. natural color is much lighter than it appears in the picture but we anticipate it will weather to a darker gray. 

I cannot recommend this product. It arrived with a chip on the base and then the pump stopped working after only a few days. Furthermore the design is really poor for how the pump is hidden and the cord gets made watertight. You have to feed the cord down through the base of the pump and then use this rubber stopper plug and then seal it with putty or caulking to make sure it doesn't leak. It took 3 attempts to get it not to leak water from the bottom. Lastly the pump doesn't easily fit into the base so that it is hidden. It is really tight and doesn't allow for much adjustments of the hose to the spigot. I had to modify that part so it worked and it's just not wide enough to accommodate the pump. For the price of $705, this was a real disappointment.

simple design good size quality material.

Lovely fountain, just delightful in the garden. Assembly is a bit involved, but functions perfectly.
