The fountain took a long time for delivery and when it came the pump was missing . Also the fountain had a lot of shading , therefore not looking like the picture above . For the price , it was rather deceiving. We received the pump later but asked to exchange the fountain . The exchange went smoothly and the new fountain looks better but still with some less apparent shading . We ordered early dec /19 and finally got the replacement fountain working end of jan..... We would have appreciate some compensation since we were hoping to have this working for the Holidays.
