I felt that I was unwrapping and unwrapping and unwrapping the box in a box in a box. It was akin to the unwrapping of a surprise birthday gift. And there it was- the porcelain planter covered with birds. I placed it on display with my other porcelain vases in my foyer- all of them of course depicting birds and foliage. Magnificent! Honestly, I would not use this porcelain as a planter but maybe as a vase. Frankly, I just want to look at its beauty and the distinctive shape and finish.

Just gorgeous little splurge for my entryway, very well made, no drainage holes of course, but just as an FYI. Would not hesitate to buy again
