We installed this light in our hallway. It gives off a nice amount of bright light.

If you ever installed cheap fiberglass insulation in the 70s, installing this fixture will take you back to the good old days! The unnecessarily massive amount of insulation is fine, sharp, and so loosely bound together that it becomes airborne when touched, and coats skin, clothes, and furniture. The bad news is that you'll have tiny, painful, micro abrasions anywhere it touches. The good news is that the pain and extensive cleanup will remind you of your successful installation long after it's done. I've installed six inexpensive flush-mount fixtures in my house in the last year, most purchased from Wayfair, and have never experienced anything like this. On a positive note, the instructions are the clearest and best I've seen, and the fixture looks fine once installed. Just strap a HEPA vac to your head while installing it to control the fiberglass that will rain down all over you like noxious fairy dust. :)
