This thing is big, bulky, and awkward. Don't get me wrong, it seems to be of good quality but it was a lot of work using it. I used it to process some tomatoes for canning and lets just say by the time I finished., I never wanted to see another tomato. It would have been easier to use a food processor or blender and a strainer. Lesson learned!!!
