I bought this on open box for an extremely cheap price, so I cannot complain much. After a few years of owning.... it has worked great, but the knob sometimes get stuck and does not register which setting it is on.

I am VERY disappointed in this product. You display an air fryer in the photo but all I received was a part of the appliance...very deceptive advertising. I want to return this ...please explain how I do it.
