Original item leaked, had exterior flaws and a non-working pump. I also explained it was not in the color shown in the photo. Replacement was promised in color requested. When received, it was exactly the same color. We had already repaired the leak and ordered a new pump so we just returned it and kept the original. Total waste of time.

I've got it assembled and working well...but...as others have indicated, the design of the plug in the bottom of the fountain, through which the power cord runs, is absurd. It comes with a bit of plumbers putty, which is supposed to create a waterproof seal around the cord, but doesn't stand a chance of doing so. You'll likely have to use silicone and it's a sloppy, messy application. So yes, I like to final product...but be aware that assembling it (and making sure that it doesn't leak / drain) is a pain in the neck.

All the previous views of it leaking are accurate. As simple as it is, prob not the best design. Especially for the cost. Just saying. Disappointed.
