Beautiful for my new stone tile!

Color was right on. Local suppliers wanted a lot more for the product. But when it arrived, it was only half full. 5 stars for the product itself, but only 1 for the problem with what I actually received.

This grout was perfect for my click porcelain floating tile.

It arrived way before the tile did. We have to wait until tile is up to see how it looks, but the prompt delivery of the grout was terrific.

Picture is wrong, but the tile is right. The product is actually the recommended Rapid Grout for Revotile, but the picture portrays grout for a different clickable product. This created a lot of hassle as I realized that after I placed the order. I had to call four times to get an answer, but the customer service team was very responsive and I eventually reached someone to knew the answer. I appreciated talking to real people and not bots. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of correct info, but I would order again.

Great color and matches the tile I got from Wayfair.

Was unable to mix, refused to stay on surface. Throwing in the garbage, useless.

DO NOT BUY !!!! We received in wrong packaging which was also damaged in transit. After 1 hour with customer service, Wayfair (Way-unfair?) assured me it was the correct product, told me to use it and that it was not damaged. Unfortunately, it did not work either due to the damaged packaging or due to the fact that maybe it was the incorrect product after all. I had to eat the cost despite spending over 1 hour with customer service letting them know it was the incorrect item, and the item was damaged. Wayfair refured the return. My guess is this is a recurring issue. DO NOT BUY

So easy to use! Never will I mix grout again!
