This is truly a gorgeous piece. Not so easy to put together. Two of the parts did not fit properly. Called customer service to replace the defective parts. The parts were promptly sent by the manufacturer, only they were the WRONG parts and color. Headache to resolve but ended up keeping the piece and altering the defective parts to fit after receiving a discount from wayfair.

This fireplaceTV console is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Received well packaged and it was just as described. The glowing logs and flame look realistic, the remote is easy to use and it puts out decent heat or you can turn the heat off if you dont want it. Quality piece! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was due to assembly instructions being a bit confusing to follow, the right facing cabinet door rubs at the top, and the metal fireplace insert frame is slightly bowed at the top. Not enough to make me return it. Highly recommend!

I ordered a fireplace insert . From start to finish was excellent. will tell everyone about way fair. Everyone was outstanding .
