Overall as expected. Expensive and required to arrange assembly on my own but great product quality and perfect for my needs

Love the gazebo, but no space to install it without damaging my house, I was very disappointed about it.

This came in a well organized package and with clear instructions. There were a couple issues, but Wayfair and the manufacturer made them right. I paid someone to put it together because I needed modifications to make it fit. We had to raise it up a lot due to the height of my slider and cut to go around trim. However, I think most people could DIY it. My pets and I have loved sitting out there during the summer evenings and look forward to year-round use.

It went together and looks as described, seems sturdy and suits our needs at a reasonable price. I’m glad we used the angiWayfair to get it assembled because it took two people almost 12 hours to finish it.

This kit is great! Ok so I’m a single 47 year old mom who wanted a little more space on her 1100 square foot home. I did some research and settled on this 8 x 12 sunroom kit. While I’m no handy man I do like to think I’m relatively decent with things. I watched several other users review videos and. YouTube tutorials. They were very helpful so do yourself the favor and find some and watch them. Here’s what I found most helpful in this process. 1. Open all boxes and sort the pieces into lettered piles. I found this to take about an hour and a half by myself but was SUPER HELPFUL! 2. Do the same with the hardware packages. There are multiple sealed packages with multiple hardware parts on each “card”. I opened them up and separated all “likes” into containers making the build much faster! I used recycling containers and then kept all of them in a flat cardboard box to decrease the likeliness of spilling them everywhere. The process took a little over an hour to do. Very worth it! 3. I failed to do this early on and ended up stopping after the first few steps to complete it…. Unwrap all parts that you can while keeping the item identification stickers on. You want to keep all of the part numbers on the parts as they are 100 specific on how to put this together. But unwrapping the pieces is time consuming during the process. DO NOT FORGET THE ROOFING PANELS. They have a protective film on them you must take off prior to installation and it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get them all off.
