Well....better be ready to put a lot of elbow grease with this product. First, very very thin material, easy to damage...dropping their own screwdriver did dent the top of the cabinets....The plastic film on top of the parts is AWFUL to remove....better use the one pair of glove they provide...The manual is not very explicit and lots of steps needs to be done in a different order to save you tons of hassle...Yeah sure need three persons the way they tell u to do it. And setting up the roof is awful...the plastic guide u have to setup on some of the rooftop parts always click off, tough to put back...not funny at all....Have to say i would not buy it again. CONS : Was inexpensive and right size for our space...but very flimsy and feels very cheap...Also, some parts came damage with dent even if the boxes were OK...so...QC is very weak....Did not try the after sale service to replace parts since material so thin it will quickly be damage with my heavy BBQ usage...So...maybe after sale is great...or not...Also, the way they label everything with small stickers that are not easy to find, something underneath the wrapping, sometime on top...and sometime none...yeah...you get the picture...

Good product but was missing some parts

Excellent quality. True to size. Great color. Takes 2 people to assemble.

The gazebo is very good but the packaging is extremely poor. The parts are broken and despite several attempts to get a replacement, no one reaches out to you. Customer Service is bad.

Okay! So, the directions were absolutely horrible. I hired two handymen from Angi, and it took them about 5 hours to finish the project. They were amazing, and once it was done, the gazebo was beautiful, but the assembly was a process. Just be advised.
