The remote is broken ( Other than that it arrived in perfect condition in one day.

I got this for my parents for Christmas. It was easy to order, looks great and shipped fast. All you need to do is add the legs to it. Took 10 mins to do and we were able to use it right away away. I’m so happy with it. The dogs were also happy to use it. The heater is on the top and the remote is very handy. It’s now part of our living room.

I've missed a fireplace since I sold my home 6 years ago and finally decided not to miss it any more. This lovely piece exceeded my expectations. The flames look real, and the remote works well though it does have a learning curve. The piece is easy to assemble and move, even for an 87 year old. I am delighted with this purchase!

Great little heater… heats a full bedroom …. Helps with heating bills… we have oil heat and this def helped!!
