Delivery was great! Always kept informed of where the truck was and how many stops ahead of me. Driver called 15 minutes before arriving and the fireplace was delivered right to where we instructed. The box was well packed and the product was well protected. We are very pleased with the fireplace. It's just the right size and looks great in its place. Temperature can be adjusted and flame can be used with or without heat. Great purchase!
