First off chair is not wide enough for an adult , 2nd heat does not work, chair is very low to the ground. Very cheaply made, not much cushion all around

I was impressed with the quality. Really suprized that it looked good and was pretty comfortable for the most part. I didnt know what I was getting going by the reviews I read prior to getting it. But Im happy

Not what I expected. I paid xtra for technician to put together , which I feel was not done correctly big gap in back of seat. Not cushioned enough . Recliners are supposed to be cushioning and comfortable. If you’re wanting a real recliner this is not the recliner for you. I learned my lesson buying furniture Online that’s why I rate a 2. If there was more cushion then it would be a great chair, but it needs a lot of padding. The purpose of me purchasing this chair is due to I just had surgery and needed a comfortable recliner. a com
