Adding an update to my review 2 days after the light was installed and subtracting a star because motion sensor feature is already malfunctioning.. Light was installed in a laundry room with a door seperating it from the main living area. The light randomly turns on and the length of time it stays on varies greatly and several times we have to turn the switch off to turn the light off. Multiple times we have walked by the closed door and noticed the light was on, even though no one had entered the room. Wanted a motion sensor light for my laundry room and this fits the bill. If you are looking for an eye catching light, keep looking. This light fixture is purely about function. Located on the side of the fixture are 2 buttons. Button 1 allows you to select motion or dusk to dawn setting. Button 2 offers 3 different light settings: cool, warm, golden. Both are easy to adjust. Based on my laundry room layout, the sensor picks up motion about 5 feet away and the light stays on for 45 seconds once you leave the room. Install was pretty simple and we were able to do it ourselves.

Was very easy to install. Was a replacement light. It’s very dim. It is about half as bright as previous light. I’m using on walk in closet. I can barely see with this light. I will be changing it out. If you don’t want a bright light this is for you.

This overhead light is made of a good quality plastic and each of the switches on the side operate well. They click into place nicely. The instructions are easy to follow and all of the pieces needed for the electrical connection, caps, are included. This light requires a hardwire connection for power. It was packaged well for delivery to prevent damage during delivery and shipped and arrived quickly. I didn’t realize it needed a hardwire connection, my mistake, so I will update with lighted pictures once I have someone assist me with the electrical work.

I Love It! I searched Tried & True for a dusk to dawn, round LED porch light to replace my regular round LED light. It’s bigger than my old light; it has warm light and daylight light settings; and motion detection or dusk to dawn options. My electrician chose the incorrect setting, so l’ll have to get a handyman to flip the correct setting. The instructions aren’t helpful, which is why the electrician chose the incorrect setting.
